After a early start, all cars left Andelfingen around 7am, we all arrived in Bern and met the competition with teams from all over Switzerland.
Top teams from all cantons played from 9:30am to 2pm during which we faced Bienne, Bellinzona, Zurich Unterland and others.
It was great opportunity for our first timers to gain crucial experience to learn what national competition looks like versus regional. Not an easy tournament for our team. Unfortunately, we were not able to place in the final rounds but our players are now more motivated and a have a new goal for the next season.
For the one who stayed, we had the opportunity to see the Swiss Cup Women final between Fribourg & Geneva, during which at half time the team could receive their prize in front of a crowded arena.
All back safe in Andlefingen around 6pm after a great basketball day where the team could form bond in front of worthy opponents !
